  14. Has anyone OUTSIDE the USA purchased VC++ 4.0
  15. for the student price ($109)?
  16. I am a student myself, live in the Netherlands,
  17. and really can't afford the regular price, which
  18. is about $675 here. The dutch helpdesk didn't 
  19. know of any such arrangement and Microsoft seems
  20. to be ignoring my e-mail.
  21. I'd really like to know.
